We want you to love your item and that's why we take special care into each and every piece. We understand that sometimes something isn't quite right when you receive your purchase and that's why we will accept returns in the form of store credit and within 5 days of receiving your item. We are a small business and apologize that at this time we can not offer cash or credit refunds.

Sale/Promotional/Made-to-Order/Lingerie/Jewelry items are all FINAL SALE

Vintage Merchandise:

Before and after purchase please keep in mind that you are buying a 20+ year old item. Therefor that item will not be in perfect condition but will contain small flaws that give each piece character.

Once receiving your item(s) carefully try it on and if you feel that this piece is not the one for you please contact us immediately and within 5 business days. We will issue you a refund in the form of store credit minus original shipping and restocking fee*.

Indie Designer Merchandise:

Indie designers are small business owners that take care into each and every item they make. Most items you purchase will be made-to-order specifically for you.  No refunds will be given for made-to-order items.  As for any other item we will kindly issue a store credit within 5 business days of you receiving it.

Return Eligibility:

  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Products damaged by customer such as missing notions, snags etc, or as a result of improper return packaging will result in your item(s) being sent back to you and void of any refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees

  • For clothing a restocking fee of $30 is issued to pay for the cleaning of the garment

Return Process:

  • Fill out this form with original buyers information, order number and reason for return.

  • We will contact you with a return order slip that you will then add to your package

  • Please ship out item(s) within 6 days of you first receiving the item(s)

  • Return address’ vary with each item(s), so please pay attention to the return address that we provide to you on the return order slip

  • Mail your item(s) back only after receiving an email and return order slip. Any item(s) received to us without a slip will be sent back to sender.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that you ship back to us.

 

Purchase Policy

 

Each vintage item is gently hand washed, mended and steamed before being offered for sale. We put special care into every piece that we sell and we want you to love it as much as we do. Bridal Marché also sells items made from indie designers.  These pieces are from small business owners producing handmade items just for you. So please be patient with shipment times knowing that you will soon have in your hands a one-of-a-kind wedding item. 

Shipping:

Our shipping rates are dependent on the item purchased. Most of our dresses will ship in a larger box and therefor will require a higher shipment amount. 

Some items will ship separately depending on designer

We ship via USPS priority mail. Tracking information will be given once item ships. 

Vintage: Your item will ship within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Indie Designer:  Bridal Marché does not carry stock in made-to-order items.  Most items are shipped directly to you from the indie designer.  Please note there is a 2 week processing time on any made-to-order pieces unless otherwise noted.
